A Blue Zone rich in nature and culture, with great weather, at a stone throw from Europe’s main airports

One of the oldest lands in the world, both geologically and in human history, Sardinia is believed to be the mythical Atlantis described in Plato’s Timaeus. Today, it still bears the enduring legacy of the Nuragic civilization, one of the great civilizations of the past.

The island is also a renowned Blue Zone—one of the few areas in the world where people live significantly longer lives thanks to its unique lifestyle, characterized by healthy eating based on Mediterranean traditions, active living, and strong social bonds.

Such rich history continues to inspire Sardinia’s contributions to the arts and philosophy.
